MISSIONS

The Assemblies of God was formed in 1914 as a fellowship of Pentecostal believers with missions as their focus. Over the years this has not changed. 80 million lives have been changed for Christ. Our LOCAL MISSION field is the City of York and beyond. Stretching into the state, we aid those in South Carolina by supplying food assistance, see (A.R.K. Food Pantry). Our food pantry now distributes 6-8 Tons of food per month.

WORLD & U.S. MISSIONS

We also support or contribute regularly to missionaries to the following areas both foreign and domestic: Middle East, Costa Rica, Dominican Republic, Ezra International (Israel), Kenya, Panama, Philippines,  Thailand, Vanuatu.  In the U.S. - Global University, Teen Challenge. Light For The Lost, Speed The Light and BGMC (Boys & Girls Missionary Challenge), Potter's Heart Prison & Abortion Recovery Ministry.

CELEBRATE RECOVERY: We are working on starting a Celebrate Recovery Chapter and will notify when it is up and running.
